You can request deletion of your ThriftOx account and application data at any time.
Open ThriftOx while signed in and use the account deletion control in Settings. The deletion service removes your ThriftOx account data, private scans and inventory, Live Feed posts, stored images, eBay connection state, workspace memberships, and Firebase authentication identity.
Open ThriftOxEmail team@valleytainment.com from the email address associated with your account and use the subject ThriftOx account deletion request.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Payment processors such as Stripe or Google Play may retain transaction records when required for tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or other legal obligations. ThriftOx removes the application-side account linkage during deletion.
Deletion is permanent. Export any inventory records you want to keep before deleting your account.
